Our Bread
Our bread is baked fresh several times a day in our own kitchen and contains only flour, water, yeast, sugar, butter, and salt. To ensure there’s something for everyone, we bake white bread as well as various whole-grain and specialty breads. Spelt or gluten-free bread is available upon request.
Our Ingredients
Our ingredients are, wherever possible, of Austrian and organic origin. To guarantee the high quality of our products, we use only the freshest ingredients. Since all our sandwiches are always freshly prepared for you, we completely refrain from using preservatives. Therefore, it is especially important that the sandwiches are eaten as soon as possible.
Sustainability
We also place great importance on sustainability in the packaging of our products. Our sandwiches are delivered on reusable wooden trays, and our desserts are prepared in refillable glass containers.
